At Homegrown Homes, we're proud of the work that we do.
We're proud of our properties, too. A lot of time, skill and sweat equity has gone into each and every renovated, or newly constructed home.
We like our tenants to feel just as proud of the Homegrown house they call home, and we encourage our tenants to be good stewards of the building, the grounds, and the neighbourhood.
We think of our properties in the same way in which we think of our own homes, and we like to think our tenants would feel compelled to feel the same towards their accommodations. We employ a staff person to ensure that the big things (and some of the little things) are taken care of, so you will never have a reason to feel unsafe, or unwelcome as a tenant in good standing in one of our properties.
In return, we encourage our tenants to respect the building, and the neighbourhood.
