From an empty patch of grass, another roof is raised...

Edinburgh St.

The Edinburgh Project represents our most recent initiative, for which we broke ground in the spring of last year, and on January 26th His Worship Mayor Paul Ayotte cut the ribbon to officially mark the opening of our new building! After much planning and consultation, it's been exciting to see this lovely structure take shape these last months.

Antrim House

Our first new construction project, Antrim House was built on a plot of land severed from the rear of the Harrington House property in Peterborough. A duplex with a fully wheelchair-accessible unit, Antrim House benefited from numerous partnerships - so much so, that construction cost came in under $100 per square foot.

When approached by Community Living to rent both units as supportive housing, Homegrown Homes agreed. Today, that partnership has housed two families in need, and has provided Community Living with units built to specifications in a decent, quiet neighbourhood.
