Our Mission Statement
Homegrown Homes is a non-profit, non-subsidized corporation made up of volunteers and a small staff, all dedicated to the philosophy that decent, affordable housing should be available to all low-income families in our community.
Our mandate is to:
Educate the community about the need for affordable housing and sustainable community development
Foster support, involvement, volunteerism and partnerships to provide affordable housing to those in need
Hold and manage various land, financial and other assets on behalf of the community in order to promote both self-sufficiency in affordable housing
Provide environmental, social and economic benefits to the community at large
